Structural Fire Engineering Design tools are listed below. They allow engineers to conduct performance-based design while considering fire exposure. They can be used for new designs and structural assessment of fire-damaged structures. We have developed tools that cover all aspects of fire performance of concrete elements. This section presents a small number of these tools in the areas of heat transfer, material properties, and section behaviour (see below). Tools to calculate bending, axial, and shear capacities of concrete elements in fire situations as well as their axial and flexural stiffnesses are available.
